We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, and verify insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
