Internship Opportunity at Christian Family Care Agency

We are seeking highly motivated undergraduate students to join our team as interns in the Family Support Services Program. This unpaid internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the field of psychology and sociology, while also earning credit towards their degree.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs for families and youth
  • Conduct file audits and prepare for meetings and events
  • Shadow staff during direct client interactions and participate in CFC staff meetings, supervision, and clinical case staffings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Currently attending or enrolled in an approved college or university
  • Agree with CFC's Statement of Faith
  • Adhere to agency work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior
  • Pass a background check with AZ Department of Child Safety
  • Valid Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Negative TB test
Working Conditions:
  • Environment: Office
  • Schedule: Weekdays
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel Requirements: Position requires less than 20% travel
