Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Agent is a key player in the residential property market, responsible for facilitating the sale of properties for clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about local market trends, and be able to navigate complex transactions with ease.

A successful Real Estate Sales Agent will be adept at building strong relationships with clients, networking with industry professionals, and staying up-to-date on industry developments. Real Estate Sales Agents are compensated based on their performance, with the potential to earn significant income as they build their client base. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for experienced agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you'll need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on the local real estate market.

  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
