Key Responsibilities- Manage servicing for a variety of loan types including Commercial, Equipment Financing, Mortgage, and Consumer loans.
- Ensure that new and renewed loan documentation adheres to established quality standards.
- Calculate interest and principal payments, as well as loan payoffs.
- Process loan payments, including remittances for participation loans.
- Review and monitor reports to verify the accuracy of information.
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee the bank's lender-placed insurance policies.
- Handle non-accrual and charge-off loan processing.
- Manage incoming wire transfers efficiently.
- Address and rectify E-Oscar disputes as necessary.
- Maintain and manage escrow accounts effectively.
- Process loans that have been paid in full and release associated collateral.
- Review new consumer and mortgage notes along with their collateral.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding paid in full loans and collateral.
- Conduct monthly reporting and remittance to various investors.
- Foster and promote the bank's sales culture and service philosophies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- An Associate's Degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant banking experience and education.
- A minimum of six to nine months of experience in banking or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The characteristics of the work environment may include:
- Moderate noise levels typical of a business office setting with computers, phones, and printers.
- Ability to work in a confined space.
- Capability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
- Regular requirements to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for operating a computer keyboard and telephone.
- Specific vision abilities necessary for computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Consistent and predictable attendance is essential.
