Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Bettendorf/North Scott AppliTrack Consortium. As a key member of our staff, you will provide secretarial support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with various tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our office equipment and software, including word processing and typing skills.
  • Work independently in the absence of specific instruction and/or continuous supervision.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience providing secretarial support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
