Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and vital sign measurements
- Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, and other first aid procedures
- Assist with immunizations, injections, and prescription requests
- Conduct onsite lab testing, including EKG, pulmonary function, and blood glucose tests
- Maintain clean and inviting examination rooms
- Provide excellent customer service and embody the Duly Health and Care CARE values
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences
- Active medical assistant certification through a recognized organization (e.g., AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, AAMA)
- CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire
- May require phlebotomy certification within 90 days of hire
- Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT, or 2 years of experience in a medical office assisting with patient care
