Job Title: Vice President Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Finance to join our team at ATS Scientific Products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning, ensuring the financial health and stability of our business, and providing strategic guidance to our President and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the President and leadership team
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a high-performing finance team
