Job Title: Vice President, Finance

ATS Scientific Products is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning, ensuring the financial health and stability of our business, and providing strategic guidance to our President and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • International experience and M&A experience are a plus
