About the Role

ATS Scientific Products is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to provide accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions
  • Manage and oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices
