Project Oversight:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site workers.
  • Ensure the project is progressing according to the established timeline.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect work for adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards.

Safety Management:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations.

Schedule Management:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the project manager to ensure alignment with overall project goals.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure they align with the budget.
  • Approve material orders and deliveries.
  • Identify potential cost savings without compromising quality.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Address any concerns or issues that arise during construction.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
  • Document any changes to the project scope or schedule.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are completed.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify and address any issues that could impact the project timeline or quality.
  • Resolve conflicts between subcontractors and site workers.
  • Make decisions on the fly to keep the project moving forward.

Salary Range: up to $135K
