We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist Coordinator to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
  • Eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
  • Temporary or permanent license in the State of New Jersey as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in speech-language pathology, with CF/entry level acceptable.
