**Job Overview**

As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our office staff
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute meeting materials
  • Assist with marketing and social media campaigns

Requirements:

  • A degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
