About the Role:

The Passaic County Technical Institute is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of school facilities, including classrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection tasks to ensure a healthy and safe environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
