As an Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Compassionate Care: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards to ensure the well-being of every child in your care.
  • Active Engagement: Enhance your skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children's needs, while effectively communicating with their families.
  • Informed Knowledge: Participate in comprehensive training that covers essential topics in childcare, early education, and child development.
  • Innovative Implementation: Utilize our specialized curriculum to create enjoyable and interactive learning experiences for children.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a licensed childcare environment or a related field.
  • Ability to fulfill state educational requirements and our organizational standards.
  • Willingness to engage in physical activities with children, both indoors and outdoors.
We are hiring for the following positions:
  • Full-time Teacher for Toddlers (ages 2 years)
  • Full-time Lead Teacher for Preschool (ages 3-4 years) - CDA or ECE associates or bachelor's degree required
  • Full-time Lead Teacher for Infants (6 weeks-12 months) - CDA or ECE associates or bachelor's degree required
  • Full-time Teacher for Infants (6 weeks-12 months)
  • Full-time Teacher Floater (classroom assignments will vary based on business needs and experience)
  • Part-time Assistant Teacher Floater (classroom assignments will vary based on business needs and experience)
