Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Engage with customers in friendly conversation, ask open-ended questions, and escort them to the desired product.
- Sales and Service: Process customer transactions efficiently and professionally at the cutting counter and cash register. Utilize product knowledge to suggest services and build strong customer relationships.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Management team with leading the store team, observing and coaching individuals, and performing operational duties such as opening and closing the store, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge
