About the Role

CubeSmart is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their self-storage needs.
  • Property Maintenance: Perform daily walks of the property, clean units and facilities, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Leasing and Sales: Work with customers to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, and manage the leasing process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Utilize our Point-of-Sale System (POS) to process payments, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
Requirements
  • Positive and Outgoing Personality: A passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
  • Availability: Ability to work Saturdays and have a valid driver's license with insurance and access to reliable transportation.
