Location: Little Rock, AR

Duration: 0 - 3 months

Shift: 7:00am-5:30pm, 4-10's Mon-Thur (30 Minute Lunch)

Pay Rate: $17 - $18/Hour

Job Description:

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and repetitive production operations, including simple machine setup, material assembly, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform simple machine setup and calibration.
  • Assemble materials from individual components using detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Inspect and test work for quality, resolve simple problems, and recognize errors.
  • Ensure acceptable housekeeping practices are followed.
  • Understand and follow applicable company practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow all established safety regulations.
  • Read and understand technical drawings, work orders, and specifications to determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed.
  • Clean, prepare, and stage job materials for production according to procedure.
  • Inspect the final product to ensure all specifications are met.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs of production equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cabling, harnessing, PCB repair, SMT experience.
  • Reading and math skills.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and other visual aids.
  • Able to resolve simple problems.
  • Able to perform work in a quality and timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of screening making equipment and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of printing materials.
  • Able to precisely measure.
