Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and experience with CATIA V5 and 3DX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and develop engineering designs to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Create and manage Bill of Materials and routings for major assemblies.
  • Define sequences of operations for major assemblies and installations.
  • Industrialize changes management and rework orders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical processes and assemblies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work situations and priorities.
  • Lean management skills and experience with CATIA V5 and 3DX.
