This flexible role allows you to choose your working hours and earn a premium rate. We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Housekeeping team.

As a member of our flexible workforce, you will have the opportunity to work as a Housekeeper across multiple communities, selecting shifts that fit your schedule. This position offers the flexibility to work up to 30 hours weekly.

All team members will benefit from a user-friendly mobile application that enables you to select your preferred shifts, confirm your availability, and receive payment within 48 hours of completing your shifts.

Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
  • Uphold and promote the values of dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a homelike atmosphere for residents.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment necessary for housekeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize the Maintenance Request Log effectively.
  • Familiarize yourself with the cleaning schedules for residents' apartments and common areas to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Perform cleaning, janitorial duties, and minor repairs as required.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in senior living environments.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
