Join Our Team as a Behavior Health Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Health Technician to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a Behavior Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing personalized behavior support services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.
  • Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Help guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.

Requirements:
  • An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve.
  • Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
  • Educational experience in a field related to our industry, such as psychology, education, or sociology.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work during evenings and after school hours, with flexibility to start in a part-time role.
