VIRELLA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in our systems and process, and will be well on your way to advancing to the Agency Director role. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

• Research new business opportunities, leveraging your skills and experience to identify and pursue new leads.

• Supervise and lead a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.

• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and process, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

• Daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, providing insights and analysis to inform sales strategy.

• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, ensuring our team is equipped to meet the demands of the role.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Sales or customer service experience, with a desire to be active in the community and make a positive impact.

• Knowledge of CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

• Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.

• Must have a clean background and your own transportation.

• 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
