We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to provide scheduling services within our Capital Projects division.
Key Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience in a regulated industry, preferably in Pharma or Biotech.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work Schedule: Administrative hours based on business requirements.
- Availability: Part-time, on-site work during weekdays for two consecutive weeks, with support every two weeks.
- Proficient in:
- Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) processes.
- Operational Readiness activities.
- Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor project activities, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to the project team. Conduct site visits to verify progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Employ critical path analysis and other scheduling techniques to assess project timelines and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to review schedule updates and ensure alignment on project timelines.
- Prepare regular schedule reports and presentations to inform stakeholders, including senior management and clients, about project status.
- Assist in the development and tracking of schedules for Operational Readiness activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling updates and contribute to planning discussions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling workflows and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
