- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and materials for the racetracks, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage department budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Payroll and Scheduling: Create schedules and manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Education and Experience: A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Certifications and Licenses: A valid driver's license and a Kentucky Horse Racing Commission License are required.
- Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, occasional walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
The work environment for this role includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud.
