  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Recibir y dirigir a los clientes de manera adecuada.
  • Proporcionar información precisa a los clientes, prestando atención a los detalles y realizando un seguimiento después de la venta.
  • Promover productos complementarios.

  • Completar pedidos de clientes recuperando material del almacén.
  • Recibir y organizar material, verificando cantidades y calidad. Mantener pasillos y caminos despejados y asegurar que el material esté debidamente organizado.
  • Contribuir al mantenimiento de la apariencia de la sucursal según sea necesario, incluyendo la limpieza del almacén, área de mostrador, baños, etc.
  • Mantener el showroom actualizado asegurando que los estantes estén completamente abastecidos y limpios. Organizar y almacenar el inventario adecuadamente.
  • Actualizar continuamente el conocimiento sobre productos. Mantenerse informado y educado sobre el inventario de productos y su aplicabilidad. Localizar mercancía en otras ubicaciones cuando sea necesario.
  • Participar en la educación y capacitación continua según se indique o desee.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas de manera profesional y amable, asistiendo a los clientes, tomando pedidos y brindando un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Registrar pedidos pendientes o discrepancias.
  • Realizar conteos cíclicos según sea necesario, dando seguimiento a las discrepancias cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar que el inventario esté debidamente etiquetado y que los SKU estén mapeados a los códigos de barras.
  • Participar en eventos de inventario durante los fines de semana según se programe.
  • Realizar todas las tareas de manera segura y responsable, siguiendo todas las normas de seguridad. Informar al gerente sobre cualquier condición potencialmente peligrosa.
  • Realizar otras responsabilidades según se indique.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o experiencia equivalente.
  • Se prefiere experiencia de 2+ años en ventas o administración de oficina.
  • Habilidades matemáticas básicas, incluyendo suma, resta, multiplicación, división y porcentajes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de alto volumen y ritmo rápido, manteniendo un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
  • Comprensión del proceso de ventas al por menor.
  • Familiaridad con los principios del comportamiento del consumidor.
  • Conocimiento de los procedimientos de abastecimiento de inventario.
  • Comprensión de fundamentos contables como cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar y codificación GL es útil, pero no requerido.
  • Habilidades informáticas intermedias a avanzadas y capacidad para utilizar todos los sistemas comerciales con competencia; se prefiere Excel intermedio.
  • Competencia en 10-Key.
  • Competencia en Microsoft Suite.
  • Alto nivel de atención al detalle y precisión.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Frecuentemente estar de pie, agacharse, doblarse y arrodillarse.
