We are looking for qualified candidates to oversee reset and remodel teams within prominent retail chains. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail store remodels, merchandising, retail installations, light construction, and team management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in interpreting retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams to execute necessary merchandising tasks and fixture installations (POG, MOD setting) as per guidelines.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and floor plans.
  • Experience in managing teams during resets and remodels.
  • Responsible for reporting project progress, evaluations, hours worked, and any challenges to senior management, acting as the primary liaison between store management and the merchandising team.
  • Skilled in dismantling, assembling, and positioning various retail fixtures and gondolas.
  • Strong background in the safe operation of basic hand tools, including hammers, scrapers, and drills, adhering to all safety protocols set by the company and clients.
  • Accountable for compliance with all safety program requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel away from home with overnight stays (company covered) as necessary, potentially spending 3-6 weeks on the road.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheets.
  • Possession of a smart device (phone or tablet) with a data plan for field use.
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for up to 10 hours daily, and capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Physically capable of safely climbing ladders up to 6 feet high.
  • Consistent work history, including punctuality, adherence to strict safety guidelines, and compliance with company policies.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license that is not currently revoked or suspended.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour. Pay is negotiable based on skills and experience, with bonuses available based on team performance and attendance.
