About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team at Blick Art Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering product questions, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by implementing visual standards, merchandising products effectively, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory levels, including reporting low stock levels and inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.

Physical Demands

  • Local Travel: Minimal travel in the local area may be required to support business needs.
