Behavioral Health Program Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small group or program, with a focus on both administrative and client caseload responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement budget recommendations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions and provide input on staffing and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of program initiatives within the unit, with a focus on improving access and utilization management.
  • Monitor and analyze access indicators to inform program development and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
  • Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
