As a Speech Therapist on our Home Health team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from speech and language disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team
- Administer therapy and monitor patient progress, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech therapy and share knowledge with our team
- Current licensure in the State of Florida
- CPR certification
- OSHA Certificate
- HIV/AIDS Certificate
- HIPAA Certificate
- Alzheimer's Certificate
- Medical Errors Certificate
- Domestic Violence Certificate
- Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
- A competitive salary range of $76,800 - $105,800 per year
