Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Texas.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- A valid Texas State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
