Job Description:

As a Speech Therapist with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Honolulu, HI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Hawaii
• Less than 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation therapy setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
