Core Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Vision:
  • Direct and oversee client-centric analytics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal leadership and customer data teams.
  • Guide the ETL team responsible for XactAnalysis Insights, ensuring ongoing value delivery.
  • Data and Analytics Oversight:
  • Manage the modernization and precision of data practices, including the creation of new data metrics.
  • Establish and document analytics workflows to align with business goals.
  • Drive the discovery of new capabilities and market trends for the analytics division.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external partners on analytics initiatives.
  • Encourage data literacy, security, and analytics utilization throughout the organization.
  • Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project and Team Leadership:
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing analytics team, functioning as a player-coach.
  • Oversee large-scale analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient data integration, testing, and accuracy validation.
  • Thought Leadership and Reporting:
  • Position Mondo as a thought leader in analytics within the property and casualty restoration sector.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of analytics efforts.
  • Regularly present analytics performance and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.
  • Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.
  • Extensive experience with Property Estimating Solutions products or property-based analytics and customer workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale analytics and business intelligence projects.
  • Experience in the insurance and claims sector with a deep understanding of relevant workflows.
  • Proven history of building and leading high-performing analytics teams, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data analysis, and reporting technologies.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including cross-functional team guidance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data insights into strategic business initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving business needs and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with generative AI is a plus.
