Position Title: HVAC Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

The HVAC Field Service Technician is responsible for a diverse range of activities associated with the upkeep and servicing of HVAC systems. Key tasks include:

  • Conducting thorough duct cleaning.
  • Performing maintenance and cleaning of air handling units.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and cleaning of cooling towers.
  • Executing mold remediation tasks.

Work is primarily conducted at client locations, adhering to their scheduled timeframes, which may necessitate availability during weekends, evenings, or overnight shifts. The technician is also tasked with loading and unloading company vehicles and maintaining the equipment owned by the organization.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the Crew Leader.

Essential Skills:

  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Comfortable working at heights on ladders.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications:

No formal education or training prerequisites are required for this position.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $21 to $30, in addition to benefits.
