About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in project management. As a Project Manager at Alfa Laval Global, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project initiation, including securing project registration and documentation, reviewing contracts, and securing handovers from sales.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and pursuing change orders as necessary.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings, pre-inspection meetings, and project closure meetings with customers.
  • Communicate project status to customers, stakeholders, and management, and ensure timely reporting of project progress.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment project management.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Proficient with program, project, and quality management methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.
What We Offer

At Alfa Laval Global, we offer a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $113,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
