- Preferred coursework in Geotechnical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineer is preferred
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) along with solid interpersonal abilities are essential
- Capability to interpret and understand work plans is required
- Willingness to work off shifts and overtime as necessary
- Potential travel of up to 15% may be required
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable driving record are essential
