About the Position:


A Senior Project Manager is needed to oversee a $250M hospitality construction project in Southeast Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the project team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, financial reports, and quality control records, are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:


  • Extensive experience in hospitality construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
