Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support the RSC2 Corporate office. The recruiter will work alongside the Director of People Operations and the recruiting team to develop effective recruiting strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates for government contract roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with internal program managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings using our internal database, external sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical positions, including sourcing, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling technical interviews, negotiating compensation, and working with the HR and security team to get the candidate through the offer letter and onboarding process.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Paylocity and Clearance Jobs.
• Experience in recruiting technical positions within the government/DoD industry, using job boards, social media, and Boolean searches to recruit passive candidates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent people skills, including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 10% travel required.

Work Location: NJ & MD Hybrid. After 90 days, remote possibilities.
