This role entails overseeing the operational efficiency and safety of the warehouse environment by supervising, organizing, directing, and training team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing warehouse systems and processes in collaboration with senior management.
  • Managing daily warehouse operations to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation related to job preparations and long-term objectives, including annual planning and inventory management.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both a team and a busy warehouse environment. Effective prioritization and organization of workloads, both personal and team-related, are crucial. A keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and focus are essential attributes.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Due to the nature of our industry, flexibility in working hours, including potential evening or weekend shifts, may be necessary.
