  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of engineering best practices and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools.
  • Prior experience in a cross-functional or matrixed organization.

Salary Range: USD $148,000 – $165,000
