Job Overview

Salcomp Energy USA is a leading manufacturer of green energy products, and we are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing HR services to employees throughout the facility.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2-4 years of experience with compensation and benefits at various levels of functions within an organization. You will also need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare payroll, employment tax, insurance, and government reporting submissions.
  • Manage employee annual leave and PTO.
  • Oversee the offboarding process by completing terminated employee exit interviews.
  • Follow up on each employee's probation period.
  • Maintain and update employee data changes in HRIS.
  • Provide periodic statistical reports to management.
  • Conduct induction training for new employees.
  • Support company culture training initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies and approve necessary expenses.
  • Host global meetings with headquarters (yearly).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience with compensation and benefits at various levels of functions within an organization.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with high-volume payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
