Position Summary

The Equipment Maintenance Technician is tasked with the upkeep and repair of machinery within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capable of removing and installing various components.
  • Familiarity with evaluating exchange items and determining cost-effectiveness of repairs (training provided).
  • Safely operate and inspect machinery, vehicles, and engines to identify issues (training provided).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment components, including engines, power trains, hydraulics, fuel systems, power generation, and electrical systems (training provided).
  • Document work performed accurately (training provided).
  • Maintain necessary licensing (costs covered by the company).
  • Adhere to safety and company regulations while maintaining good work habits.

Qualifications

  • Experience with forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mechanical or electrical experience will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exhibit good work habits and a professional demeanor towards clients.
  • Must possess personal tools.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay up to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
