Insurance Sales Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at Comparion Insurance Agency. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain one with training and support
- Property & Casualty and Life insurance knowledge and experience
