Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Professional to join our team at Par Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of reliability and mechanical integrity programs across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of improving equipment reliability and mechanical integrity. They will be responsible for conducting reliability analyses, developing and implementing reliability strategies, and providing expertise in the assessment, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical integrity programs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing inspections, testing, and evaluations of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and mechanical integrity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing reliability strategies to improve equipment performance, availability, and longevity
  • Conducting reliability analyses, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Providing expertise in the assessment, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical integrity programs for pressure vessels, piping systems, rotating equipment, and other mechanical assets
  • Overseeing inspections, testing, and evaluations of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and mechanical integrity

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
