About the Role

As a Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for all operational ASU, CO2, H2, and onsite plants ensuring they are safe and capable through effectively managed mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs. You will also provide piping and vessel engineering specification and design for plant replacement, modification, or repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support for operational ASU, CO2, H2, and onsite plants
  • Develop and implement mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs
  • Provide piping and vessel engineering specification and design for plant replacement, modification, or repair activities
  • Lead the assessment of infrastructure equipment as part of the due diligence process associated with the takeover of plant from previous owners
  • Ensure the mechanical integrity of pressure systems is maintained and equipment is fit for purpose through proper specification, procurement, operation, and maintenance practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operational and engineering environment to include experience of engineering projects, equipment specification, operation, maintenance, inspection, and testing of piping and vessels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through to completion on projects and solutions
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and achieve results
  • Proven understanding of regulatory and industry standards and codes
