This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based commission. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the dealership's F&I operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all F&I operations, including customer financing, insurance, and aftermarket product sales

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations regarding F&I processes and documentation
  • Train and mentor sales and finance team members on F&I procedures and effective selling techniques
  • Oversee all F&I documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of deals
  • Continuously assess market and industry trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements and revenue enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager within the automotive industry
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance processes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and finance-related software applications
  • Ability to effectively sell products based on customer needs and preferences
