Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Quality Coordinator to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients, residents, and veterans.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the RAI process and reimbursement systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid, and Case Management.
  • Preferred experience as an MDS Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • A current and valid Texas RN/LVN nursing license or a valid RN/LVN license from a Compact Party State.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
