Job Title: Field Service Branch Manager

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing and leading our service and sales teams to meet the desired sales, gross margin, and safety goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead our service and sales teams to meet the desired sales, gross margin, and safety goals of the company.
  • Manage and grow our field shop operations, as well as daily activities of service crews.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to service and sales staff.
  • Support and grow our sales of all our products, including ASGCO conveyor products, conveyor belt, pulleys, idlers, engineered, fabricated, turnkey projects.
  • Support field installation of company's products, with direct responsibility for maintaining customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide training classes for customers.
  • Prepare service quotes for repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control of products, materials, and equipment.
  • Assist territory managers with conveyor inspections, training, and calls as needed in their respected territories.
  • Look to improve our current products and look for new products for us to promote and improve upon.
Qualifications:
  • Basic welding and fabricating skills.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused.
  • Industry conveyor manufacturing and sales experience preferred.
  • Computer skills, including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
