Role Summary

As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee in-house catering operations, ensuring the seamless execution of all catering events. You will collaborate closely with the catering sales and culinary teams to coordinate activities and manage equipment maintenance and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional catering services that exceed client expectations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Complete daily reporting and month-end documentation accurately.
  • Guide and mentor team members in line with company policies.
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment to boost morale and productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate open communication.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards team dynamics.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a food and beverage operational role.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
