Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Production Lead to oversee electrical work operations, ensuring safe and high-quality completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and train a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employees performing electrical work, ensuring tasks are completed safely and with high quality.
  • Terminate wires and read blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve work quality and efficiency.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Mitigate potential roadblocks and issues before they become major problems.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and knowledge.
  • 5 years of experience wiring panels and complex machines from prints, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, motors, motor control concepts, and various testing and measuring equipment.
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, and recommend space, equipment, and staffing needs.
  • Prior experience directing and developing a staff of 5 or more employees.
