About the Role:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Brooklyn Center, MN. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client outcomes
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a school setting is an advantage
