Regional Director of Sales and Strategy

At Walker Methodist, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Sales and Strategy to lead our sales efforts in the region. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the region's market conditions and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor the regional sales team, including recruiting, training, and motivating new and existing sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including negotiating contracts and addressing client issues.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
• Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
